Based on the ‘Mat Pilates’ method, this fun, informative and relaxed daily half-hour Pilates class will have you looking good and feeling great with the help of experienced host Zosha Piotrowski and her Pilates team of Chris Pinder, Elise Goodwin, Bec Ibrahim and Tasha Lawton.
With exercises suitable for participants at all levels, workouts are based on a different theme each week. Key themes include body awareness and stress release; beautiful posture; strong backs, tight butts; Pilates for the desk bound; pregnancy; creating longevity in life; and dynamic Pilates for vitality and fitness.
