I was upset cos my workout disappeared but now I have found it again! Yay! I record it every day and do it before i go to work. Easy to fit into my day and has great results! Don't stop this show.
Have been doing these workouts for a few months now and love the results. Was worried when you stopped airing it but glad to see it will be back after Christmas - will need it!

Fantastic show, please keep showing it, we really need an exercise show on TV. I have been doing show for 2 months and have toned up and feel so much healthier.

Honestly I get up each morning and do a work out with these guys....Yumi kicks my a** everytime!
I did one of Yumi Lees workouts for the legs ( I go to the gym nearly everyday, run and cycle) and couldnt move for three days after!!!....................she certainly gets the muscles some others dont!!!
