Sorry phil you mislead my daughter to think Adelaide is a wonderful place her & partner & my grandson emigrated they have spent more than £10,000 their savings are diminishing rapidly , he is a qualified plumber she is a medical admin no jobs available they can not move to another part of Australia as they must stay for 2 years their dreams are shattered and their relationship is floundering please when showing these programmes all info or advice should be given . This show, and the other Location shows, are the best thing on TV by a mile. I can't understand how these guys or the show are never in the nominations for the Astra awards. It's way better than any other property show.

Phil and kirsty have a great work relationship. I love Phil charisma and kirsty charm. I watch there show twice a day and never get bored of it. I also loved kirsty other show, home made, it was excellent. Wish I could meet both of them.

Kirsty is very aristocratic with a lovey face. Phil has an impish grin and is is always making sexual inuendo remarks which adds to his school boy charm. They behave as if they were married to each other.

They are both married - happily - but not to each other. The sexual frisson apparent between them on the show is staged - otherwise, neither could go home to their spouse and children!
