Kell On Earth

About the show

Public relations guru Kelly Cutrone (The City) gives her guide to the high powered and fast-paced world of fashion PR. Kelly has been labelled intimidating and fierce and, judging from her frank demeanour and fashion world credibility, it's easy to see why. Kell On Earth takes a no holds barred look into the life of one of America's most legitimate tastemakers as she balances running her wildly successful fashion PR company, People's Revolution, and juggling Fashion Weeks in New York and London, to being a single mother and one of New York's most notable women about town.

“Season after season she is more interesting than anything on the runway." - LA Times, US

Public relations gurus??? This show provides a classic 'What not to do in PR 101' class for any aspiring PR wannabes. No contingency or back up plans, disorganised office set up, no staff training or appropriate communication, no measurement of guest numbers versus drinks requirements... the list goes on. I feel genuinely sorry for Kelly who seems to know her stuff and is successful because of her work ethic and ability to keep her head on straight in an insane industry but her other partners, whose job descriptions seem to read 'delegate and intimidate staff members' appear to do nothing, and contribute to nothing other than creating more drama with subordinate staff members that Kelly then has to sort out. I would happily put my money where my mouth is and take up an internship there - God knows the business might actually achieve a better strike rate than 1 successful event out of how many?? 6 or so??
