HOME is The LifeStyle Channel’s award-winning lifestyle show.
Presenters Brendan Moar, Shannon Fricke and Peter Evans, continue to take a fresh and vibrant look at styling, home, gardens, cooking and casual entertaining.
Recognising that Australia does not exist in a vacuum but rather is open to influences from all over the globe, HOME goes further to find out what’s hot and happening abroad travelling to Japan, Spain, Denmark and Slovenia. We venture into homes and gardens both here and overseas to bring the latest ideas home to you.
As well as drawing inspiration from what’s going on here in Australia, we expose our audience to what’s going on overseas and show how different cultures and lifestyles naturally translate into very different homes, gardens and food. We spot trends, identify Australian key players here and abroad and highlight the more quirky differences between our lifestyles.
Brendan, Shannon and Peter are out and about tracking down the best in inspiration and information and bringing home the brightest ideas to stimulate, entertain and engage.
It’s an experiential look at how other people live, with practical insight that can be taken home.
Produced by XYZ Networks for The LifeStyle Channel, Australia.
I do miss the How To shows on sewing, wood work, art decorating with Sarah, Find your style, scrapbooking etc. No competition, no wobbly cameras etc, just relaxing, creative and pretty.
I hope the new home channel is going to have the old favourites like Designed to Sell, Get it Sold, Sarah Richardson shows etc. The new format seems to be a lot of A Place in the Sun, Holmes on Homes, Renovation Realities. These shows seem to be on every couple of hours.
Its great that there is a new home channel and it looks like there are going to be some good new shows but surely there are newer shows to put on during the day instead of programs from 2001 (A place in the Sun). And what has happened to to buy or not to buy?
