Cheese Slices is the first international television series to look at the wonderful traditions and skills behind some of the world’s best known artisan and farmhouse cheeses. In this much anticipated new series Will Studd continues his remarkable odyssey through some of the world’s most beautiful pastures and fascinating dairies.

Produced by Master of Cheese Will Studd, Cheese Slices is filmed on location over 18 months in dramatic countryside from Norway and Scotland to Germany and Wales.

This inspiring eight-part series features rare behind-the-scenes access to traditional cheese-making in Piedmont, Provence and Sicily, explores the history and passion behind Europe’s classic cheeses and takes a close look at the global revolution in handmade artisan cheese.
