Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom have tied the knot, just one month after announcing their engagement!
The couple married yesterday (July 22) in an intimate, secret ceremony.
A statement released through department store David Jones, for which Miranda is an ambassador, said, "We have been trying to plan this for some time and unfortunately the only window of opportunity for our honeymoon fell at the same time as the David Jones fashion launch. David Jones very graciously released me during this period so we could celebrate an intimate ceremony and honeymoon together."
Abbey Lee Kershaw and Catherine McNeil will now replace Miranda Kerr for the David Jones Spring/Summer 2010/2011 runway show.
Rumours are now rife that Miranda and Orlando, who started dating in 2007, are expecting their first child but whether that is true or not remains to be seen.
They are now off to celebrate on their honeymoon which will not be in Australia, we’re told. Congrats to the happy couple.
