If you loved the frills and ruching of previous seasons, start getting excited because the best is yet to come. Softening slightly for a look more girly than geometric, ruffles, ripples and bows positively billowed onto S/S 2010 catwalks. Valentino models looked like gorgeous gifts swathed in chiffon bows; Isaac Mizrahi took origami to another level, manipulating his materials into flowers and giant roses; while Oscar de la Renta, Armani and Mila Schon had us drooling over dresses we’re certain to see gracing the red carpets.
