Why my house wont sell

5year old torrens title housein a country town Area has doubled since coming here. House has been up for sale for over a year. In fact there are 3 townhouse like mine in the same street that have been up for sale for the same period.We have 2 agencies and i even tried both.

Bad news is - if all 3 have been un sold for a long time it just points to one thing, your prices must be too high. I cannot see why else 3 similar homes would not sell unless the location or suburb etc has some really bad elements that have recently changed the areas popularity. I know of some townhouses that would not sell, all asking in the mid 500s on the Gold Coast, one sold at low 400s and you have guessed it, now none are for sale ALL SOLD!
