URGENTLY NEED HELP SELLING OUR HOUSE

Hi Andrew,
PLEASE, I need to sell my house fast. My cleaning went downhill when I got sick 4 months ago and was hospitalised and ended up losing my baby at 6wks. My oldest son who's 18yrs old left home at the same time and I couldn't cope with it all and had a nervous breakdown. We have put our investment propert on the market to try and help out but it is not selling and also we are putting our house on the market because we can't afford. I am so stressed and worried thinking that I am going to loose everything that I have worked hard for. PLEASE, I really need help selling my house(s) and really need some help and guidance. Please, please, please help me.

Wow sounds a difficult time for you all and house selling just can add to your worries. Firstly I suggest you only try to sell one at a time. Decide which home - then no matter what condition if you can tidy, clean, de clutter in and out - friends/ family can help this costs nothing and will make a huge difference. Then price sensibly or take advice from agents. Even if your home needs work the right pricing, marketing and as tidy as possible you will sell, I promise! I cannot help anymore as I do not know where, or what your home is and the show has just finished another series. But if you follow the advice you really do stand a chance.
