Turning my house into a B & B

We have a two story home and am looking to turn it into a B&B We need a lot of help in all facets of running a B&B the house could be great but help is needed at the very start as to the best possible lay out / floor plain , There are many ways that it could be changed and need some one to find the best way what would we need to do re council ect... HI Leanne I would suggest www.dia.org.au as they are all professional designers and if you put in your brief in 'find a designer' they will be able to suggest the right person for you.
