I have a tree in the garden 2 trees actualy one is doing really well the other lost its leaves in winter nothing is growing on top but it seems to be spurting new shoots at the base of the tree,is it better to pull the tree out I really do not know what to do.the tree has green leaves i know this doesent help you at all i wish i could afford for you to come and do my garden but all I can do is ask for advice.thankyou if you can help it will be great.

It sounds like the root stock is shooting - which means the tree is probably on the way out. Charlie Albone Landscaping Expert
