TOWNHOUSE COURTYARD

Answered Saturday 2 June 2012 |FacebookTwitter

QuestionAsk Charlie

GOT A TOWNHOUSE IN TERRIGAL THAT WE NEED TO SELL. BECAUSE THE LIVING AREA IS UPSTAIRS DUE TO THE VIEWS, THE BEDROOMS ARE DOWNSTAIRS LOOKING OUT TO A PLAIN COLD FEELING COURTYARD. MOST OF THE BUYERS HAVE COMMENTED ON THIS. CAN YOU SUGGEST HOW TO WARM THE COURTYARD? CAN YOU RECOMMEND SOMEONE FOR THE JOB? THE TENANTS ARE MOVING OUT & I CAN'T KEEP IT EMPTY FOR LONG. AWAITING YOUR REPLY.THANKS

Answer

The simplest and cheapest way to add a bit of warmth is to dress the area with a modern table and chairs, consider renting for a short period. I would also add a few large pots with palms to keep with the beachy theme and to add a bit of life Charlie Albone Landscaping Expert
