IS there a check list or a guide of what sould be done to sell your house step by step?

Yes I think there is, it is usually compiled by your States Real Estate Institute, so REIQ for QLD, REIV for Victoria etc try looking them up on the internet, they usually have a sellers guide for the public to access, they can be quite good Andrew Winter Property Expert
