Selling tips for my mums house in Taree NSW

My mother has recently had her marriage breakdown and is desperate to sell her house in Taree NSW and move back to Sydney to be near her grand children. The house is approx 2 years old on a lovely 5 acres with a gorgeous waterhole at the bottom of sweeping greens. She has had the house on the market for over 6 months and has had on 2-3 lookers and no offers. She has recently changed realters and reduced the price with still no luck. Any suggestions after previewing the website link?

Had a look, it would help if that front area was at least a driveway even using gravel would help make it looked finished. Not a big cost but a big change, alos you price is at the top end for your area and that is often the slower mar. I did not you had only had 160 hits on the site, I dont know how long that has been but that si not good. The pictures and their order is not great, that main shot could be so much better - good luck. Maybe also loose the extras like teddies and packed display cabinets it makes the home look older than it actually is.
