Hi Mr Winter, I am a first home buyer and with no experiences what so ever, I am looking to buy a 4 bedroom with ensuite and main bathroom and double garage in Heathwood in Queensland however I don't know the price range, can you help me please.

Hi Leon - get online to www.realestate.com.au and get to know the values of that town, just search homes for sale in that area and then narrow your search to the type of home you want. Do not buy until you have inspected many homes and see if it is a buyers, or sellers market - good luck
