Problem tummy area

Hi Blake I have 3 children and enjoy exercise however I find my stomach area quite protruding I have tried everything including core strengthening..... What could you recommend? Also are you available for weekly training sessions.thanks

Thanks for your email.
If your stomach is protuding I would say that you haven't rebuilt your core muscles properly. The first thing I would do would be to see a health professional and make sure that you rebuild your 'foundation' (stomach and back muscles) and then you'll be able to flatten that stomach.
