We live north of Perth opposite the ocean (pic) Awaiting subdivision approval 910m block. Totals: 5 bed, 3 lounge, bar, pool, 2 bath, 2 W.C, (sep granny flat) underecroft 2car garage, big terrace; Last yr worth 1.68 this yr 1.25 if lucky, 'needs major paint & landscape work' & general 'TLC'..... 'who doesn't ! lol 'Help if you can' ? views to Rottnest, perfect location We have purchased land elsewhere & are now badly over extended. We designed & built but need a change ! Needs Andrews expertise ! I want to build my solar passive principled design next but cant seem to sell ours & we are not greedy people ! The market has died ........... can you help us ? Hi Marie. I am a little confused, where does the sub division bit come into the equation? You know yourself it is the upper end of the market suffering. Your home does sound as if it comes into the 'normal' category. Not a reno, not the latest show home either, the normal home is the hardest to sell when the market gets tough. If you are in a forced sale situation - all you can do is meet the market on price as spending money will not be an option.
