My libido has gone AWOL!

I love my partner and find him sexy but my libido has shut up shop! I'm only 30. HELP. Do you think it has something to do with having been on The Pill a long time?

Libido is a complicated thing. It's not like an on/off switch. The Pill can reduce the sexual interest of some women and I have had some clients find it helped when they stopped, so it could be worth trying. But generally for women sexual desire is contextual, that means it depends a lot on how you're feeling about yourself, about your life, whether you're getting on well with your partner, whether you're taking the time to get 'in the mood', the atmosphere and environment of where you are, what else is going in life, etc, etc, etc. So if you're finding you're feeling less interested, ask yourself what it would take to get yourself interested and make the changes in your life and in your relationship so that you do become more interested!
