help wanted my house wont sell

Hi Andrew
where can i find help to ascertain what is behind keen intrest but no buyers - is it common place to expect to lower your price below the CV ?
Answer
Hmmm - Chris - 'keen interest, but no buyers' - I have to say that confuses me too - what I will say is by definition 'keen interest' is a waste of time - 'offers' are all that counts. It sounds to me people/agents are all being polite, what it means is the home is attracting interest, BUT on inspection they all find something about the home, or the perceived value to be off the mark! So many times I see homes continually inspected but not sold, it means what the buyers expect is not being met. You need to get to the truth, it is not the right price or presentation / features are failing. Sit the agent down, give them a coffee and demand the truth - tell them you are ready for it!
