Help! can you give us any ideas what we can do in our backyard?

Hi, I was wondering if you could give us any tips on how to make our backyard a decent backyard, as you can see from the photo is a massive job. I've tried to design ideas on how we can use the space with a shed and pergola but its just such a overwhelming job, i have no idea where to even start,
Can you please give us any ideas that would make it easier to tackle?

On big jobs you need a plan so you can stage the build. Start the expense jobs first then the later ones will fly by.
