Floating floor boards

Hi Shaynna. I was watching Lifestyle Channel on 10.10.11 about the renovations you were doing in Chatswood and saw the floating floor boards being laid. Just wondering what the foamy stuff was that you were using as a type of underlay as I laid the same boards at mum and dads but no-one suggested anything for under the boards, and thus I've got a bit of movement under the boards. it is the proper foam underlay that you can purchase for the floorboards, bunnings or Carpet Court should be able to supply you with it. It is only a 3-5mm thickness but helps with the accoustics as well
