Just want to ask, what is another alternative workout for losing and and getting a flatter tummy other that sit-ups and crunches?
Hi Elsa, Thanks for your question. A lot of people believe that sit ups and crunches will get them a flat stomach but it's not true! You'll find that those exercises potentially get you a stronger stomach but unless you get rid of the body fat sitting on top you'll never see those abs.
My suggestion would be to do three high intensity weights circuits a week and three interval cardio sessions. Using this training method will have the fat slide off you! Good luck!
