I lost my home of 20 years 2 years ago when the interest rates went up so much and have been in rental property since. I have a friend who has organised for us to buy a house from him quite cheaply, however the house is very small and needs lots of TLC. We don't have a lot of money and wondered if you could advise us either in person or after viewing photos. Do you actually do home visits?

I am sorry to hear about you losing your house but it sounds wonderful you have a great friend who can help get you back in the housing market. I am not doing private clients at the moment but please go to www.dia.org.au and go to recommend a designer or decorator and give a small brief on what you are wanting and hopefully they can find someone in your area to give you some ideas.
