    Hi andrew , im big fun of yours, love your frank ,honest comment about home owner who can not see whats wrong with their property and the price they asking for it! Wish there is one brave owner here in newcastle inner suburb to contact you about their difficulty ofselling their property! I think newcastle is in dream land in terms of what the or how much their property worth at the current market!
