Of Homebush for potential growth. Also do you see Marrackville growing much more?

Hi Matt - how exciting, ok let me clarify all inner city areas will show similar growth over a period of time, unless one place suddenly becomes undesirable due to an unforeseen issue or conversely an area grows more because certain benefits happened unknown when you bought! You are considering an established area of a city, so I would focus much more on what you want to actually live in and what can be bought for sensible money, much more than one suburb over another within the same area - hope that helps.
