Hi Andrew, we are renovating our new place, now we have ripped out the whole house and starting from square one. I was wondering for re-sale in a few years. How do you feel about showers in the bath? As it would be cheaper but I feel that it was a bit old school! What would you suggest? Carolyn

Hi - if you only have one bathroom, combining shower and bath is vital to cover both, however avoid this if you have two bathrooms one can have a shower one a bath perhaps - depends on your local market really - hope that helps, happy reno! Andrew Winter Property Expert
