I have a lot of motivation to lose weight, going to the gym 6 times a week and have a personal trainer. But I cannot get my head into the game of eating healthy. I know what I need to go, but I still eat the bad food, chocolate, pizza etc... do you have any tips to get my head in the game?
I have 30 - 40 kilos to lose. Been going to the gym for a few months with no weightloss due to bad eating.
