Hi Andrew! I am a 27 year old female looking to buy my first property, though I am trying to decide whether to purchase a two+ bedroom house in Frankston, Victoria or a one bedroom apartment in an urban area such as South or Port Melbourne, Prahran, Richmond etc. I will be purchasing this by myself so am keen to make the best financial decision…

HI Jade - ok your 2 options, firstly where would you like to live, if so let that determine your selction. Urban locations are great buying but NOT in boom conditions, if that market is softer right now, which I think it could be it could be the perfect time. Do your research look at suburbs that are great yet their values are lower right now - good luck
