A desperate hope to renovate an old house with very tight budget

Hi there Cherie! My name is Mahina and I am a full time mother of 2 young girls and just recently taken my Mum to the Nursing Home as things gets harder for me to cope, looking after the family and my MUM AS well as she is a 83 year old with no mobility at all. Anyway we just managed to buy an old house at Warnbro, Rockingham WA and we have $30,000.00 budget to renovate this old house. Please let me know if you and your workers would be able to renovate my house at this budget.

Hi Mahina,
Unfortunately everyone asks me to renovate their houses for them and I can't obviously due to my time constraints with my own reno's, public speaking and business commitments. I could see if one of my Perth graduates would be prepared to do this for you though. Good luck with managing everything too - you have a lot on your plate but will handle it I'm sure. Mums learn to do many things at once!
