I would like to know how to get rid of a huge old coffee stain on a beige tile on the kitchen floor. I have tried using vinegar and bicard in a paste over night, i have tried bleach and have tried gumption, I have even gone so far as to rub a sard stick over the stain and leave over night. Any ideas please.... Andy

Hi Loretta, the LifeStyle Team here.According to Shannon Lush's best-seller "Spotless", mildew can generally be removed by placing a vinegar soaked sponge on top of a bicarb-coated sponge. Wipe down the problem area with the two sponges and add a couple of drops of oil of cloves to inhibit further growth.

Hi Shana, the LifeStyle Team here. According to Shannon Lush's best-seller "Spotless" try soaking the cover in a 7 litre bucket of warm water and 3/4 of a capful of Napisan overnight.
